This session is therapeutic in nature and requires a veterinary clearance form regarding your pup’s general health before booking.

The Hydrotherapist will be in the water or on the treadmill with your dog and will assess specific areas of concern. Canine rehabilitation and pain management in Alberta may differ from session to session and will change in duration according to the unique needs and condition of your dog.

Depending on the owner's comfort and stress level of the dog, the owner may be invited to join the K9 Hydrotherapy session in the pool. This is not a requirement; it is only an option.

Canine water fitness in Edmonton offers an opportunity where the owner and their four-legged friend can enjoy some play time in the pool. This fun and unstructured time improves canine fitness while maintaining safety.

The Hydrotherapist will accompany you for the first session to assess your pup’s ability and comfort level in a pool setting.

Please note: The fun swim, like all others, requires a veterinary clearance form regarding the general health of your pup before booking.

$60+GST/session

This is one to six sessions aimed at familiarizing your dog of any age with water and teaching it how to swim properly and safely.

It is important to remember that, like many of us, some are more comfortable in the water than others, and some take to swimming more quickly.

Dogs are not born with the ability to swim. If your dog is splashing, flailing and snorting with its paws continually slapping the water, chances are good that your dog needs a few lessons.

Since we enter the water with your dog, we can provide support and manipulation of body position that will help them develop confidence. This confidence provides a more positive and effective learning experience.

The Hydrotherapist will be in the water with your cat and will assess specific areas of concern. This may differ from session to session and will change in duration according to the unique needs and condition of your cat.

Depending on the owner's comfort and stress level of the cat, the owner may be invited to join the session in the pool. This is not a requirement; it is only an option.
