Cancellation Policy:
We appreciate your patronage, and as such, your swim session times are reserved for you. Due to the nature of our business and limited availability, cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
If you are unable to keep your appointment, contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any unnecessary fees. This also allows us to offer therapy to another dog in need.
